By using mcbeadjewelry.com or buying a piece, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short.

Who we are

"McBead's Jewelry," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the small jewelry business operated by Renie out of Pennsylvania.

Buying a piece

• Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Once it's sold, it's gone for good.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a piece is somehow listed twice or already sold in person.
• If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full within 5 business days.

Photography and color

We do our best to photograph pieces accurately, but real gemstones look slightly different in different lighting. Minor variation between photo and reality is normal and not grounds for a return on its own.

Intellectual property

All photographs, designs, and copy on this site are the property of McBead's Jewelry. Please don't reproduce them without permission. Email hello@mcbeadjewelry.com if you'd like to feature a piece in editorial coverage — we'd love that.

Limitation of liability

We're a small, family-run business. We do everything we can to make your experience great, but we're not liable for any indirect or incidental damages from the use of this site or our products beyond the price you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of the page tells you when.
